Candidates have to log in using their application number and password to check their allotted seats through the WBJEE 2025 counselling. Seats have been allocated as per the candidate’s obtained rank, preferences, category and seat availability. All selected candidates have to confirm their admission before the final date; otherwise, their allotment will be cancelled. JEE Main candidates are eligible for 10% approved seats offered by self-financed colleges under the WBJEE counselling 2025. The authorities have released the WBJEE 2025 cutoff for Round 1. The official WBJEE 2025 seat matrix is available, and there are 51,952 seats available for admission. Marking Scheme

Category I – Each correct answer will be awarded one mark. An incorrect response will yield a loss of ¼ mark. For any combination of responses with more than one option, the said answer will be treated as incorrect and will yield -1/4 (25% negative) marks.

Category II – Only one option is correct, the correct response yields two marks. An incorrect response will yield -1/2 (25% negative) marks. For any combination of responses with more than one option, the said answer will be treated as incorrect and will yield a -1/2 (25% negative) mark.

Category III – One or more options may be correct. Only correct responses will yield 2 (two) marks. There is no negative marking.
