The NEET MDS 2025 Counselling Online Stray Vacancy round result has been declared on September 3, 2025. As many as 116 candidates have been allotted seats in the fourth and final round of NEET MDS Counselling 2025. The institute reporting process will be conducted till September 8, 2025.

The NEET MDS Counselling 2025 Round 4 commenced on August 26, 2025, with the registration and choice filling processes. As per the Clear Vacancy list, there were 149 seats available for allotment in this round, and two new seats were added later on. Originally, the fourth and last round was scheduled to commence on August 19, 2025, which was postponed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). While the registration window was activated on the stipulated date, it was closed soon after. There are four rounds of NEET MDS 2025 counselling. The number of rounds may increase depending on the number of seat vacancies. 

The NEET MDS 2025 Cutoff has been reduced by NBEMS by 19.863 percentile for each category, in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW). However, this will not change the NEET MDS 2025 rank list.

The NEET MDS 2025 result was declared on May 15, 2025. Along with scores and rank, the NEET MDS 2025 cutoff was also released by NBEMS. As many as 29,220 candidates appeared for the exam out of 30,435 registered candidates. The NEET MDS 2025 AIQ 50% Quota Merit List was released by NBE on May 22, 2025. Individual scorecards for 50 per cent All India Quota seats were released on or after May 30, 2025. Candidates have to log in to the NEET MDS website with their registration credentials to download the scorecards.

The NEET MDS 2025 exam was conducted on April 19, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM. The difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate.
